The project goal is the creation of a pan-African Fashion and Art College, in addition to the construction of an industrial complex equipped with: a textile factory, a tannery, a leather goods plant and a jewellery store in Niamey. The objective is first of all to train a new generation of African fashion designers for successful integration on global markets, and also to exploit to its full potential all that this sector has to offer. Specific project objectives:
- Boost the fashion sector through training;
- Create new leader profiles in fashion SMIs;
- Integrate the marketplace with products in compliance with international standards.
